Two Formats. One Standard.

Every class is designed to challenge you, support you, and meet you exactly where you are. Modifications and all experience levels are always welcome.

Reformer Pilates

Resistance-based classes on the reformer that build long, lean strength through controlled, intentional movement. Expect a full-body challenge with emphasis on core stability, alignment, and muscular endurance.

Mat Pilates

Bodyweight-focused classes on the mat that challenge stability, flexibility, and deep core engagement. Low-impact but high-intensity — designed to build functional strength from the ground up.

What to bring: a towel, water bottle, and non-slip grip socks. That’s it — we’ve got the rest.

Private Studio Experience

Host Your Next Gathering with Intention

From birthday celebrations to girls’ nights, bridal events, team-building, or private group sessions, we offer curated studio experiences designed to feel elevated, energizing, and unforgettable.

What to Expect

Every class at Reform is designed to be accessible and challenging at the same time. Our instructors offer modifications for all experience levels — whether you’re brand new to Pilates or you’ve been practicing for years.

Classes run approximately 50 minutes. Arrive 10 minutes early for your first visit so we can get you set up and comfortable.

All you need to bring:
— A towel
— A water bottle
— Non-slip grip socks
